Actors Ritu Arya and Tewfik Jallab gave Mashable India an exclusive joint interview published on September 11, 2026, discussing their friendship and collaboration on the action-thriller series Apollo Has Fallen, which premieres on Lionsgate Play in India on September 18, 2026. Both actors are reprising roles they first played in the 2024 series Paris Has Fallen: Arya as MI6 agent Zara Taylor and Jallab as former close protection officer Vincent Taleb.

In the exclusive quotes, Arya described working with Jallab as "brilliant," adding, "He is the best. I think he's one of the funniest people. We would just be laughing on set every day." She further called him "a generous actor" who is "very collaborative," saying she always looks forward to working with him. Jallab reciprocated, telling Mashable India, "We just dig and dig more into our friendship. She's an amazing actress. I love working with her." He praised her talent and commitment, noting she "gives everything she's got," which pushes him to match her energy on set.
Jallab also revealed that the second season required roughly seven months of shooting, a schedule that tested their working relationship. "When you work with someone for so long... you better like the other actor you're working with 24/7," he said. "So we were very lucky because we love each other."
