Speaking at the Australian Lowy Institute, US billionaire and Microsoft founder Bill Gates called the government in Kiev one of the worst in the world because of the strong corruption, RIA Novosti reports
In particular, the American businessman said, “The Ukrainian government is one of the worst in the world: it is corrupt and controlled only by a few wealthy people. I mean it’s really unfortunate for the nation.”
At the same time, Bill Gates noted that Ukrainian agricultural lands are much more fertile than American, it is the breadbasket of Europe, so the country has great potential.
