The world is battling from the deadly Covid19, which is believed to be originated from Wuhan city of China. In order to curb the misinformation and rumours related to the deadly virus, its treatment, and death toll figures, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has taken a commendable decision. 

Mark Zuckerberg recently announced that Facebook would provide free advertisements to World Health Organisation related to Coronavirus. "We're giving the WHO as many free ads as they need for their Coronavirus response along with other in-kind support.”

Now all the users who will search on Facebook about the deadly disease will get a pop-up that will direct the readers to the World Health Organisation website. It will promote the right information, and the misinformation spread about the disease will be controlled. Apart from it, Mark Zuckerberg also ensured that they would take appropriate actions to remove hoax or misleading information related to Covid19. 

Mark Zuckerberg is determined to contribute towards the cause and has announced that Facebook will collaborate with Global Health Experts and give million more as Ad Credits to the organizations working to eradicate the disease.

Currently, the number of affected people increases to 95,465 in the world, and if the reports are to be believed, it can affect 60% of the world population if the treatment is not found at the earliest. In such dire circumstances, Facebook took a drastic and much-needed step to curb the misinformation and hoax news that could create a situation of panic.
